Doctor Jacky Cervantes is a physical therapist in Bayside. He has a variety of experience in out-patient physical therapy including but are not limited to: Spinal conditions, post-surgical conditions, orthopedic conditions, neck pain, geriatric rehabilitation and wellness programs. He was born and raised in the Philippines and got his Bachelor's and Master's degree in physical therapy there. In aid of interest in lifelong learning, he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Utica College of New York. Currently, Doctor Jacky Cervantes is practicing Physical Therapy in New York where majority of conditions he handles revolve around spinal pain and elderly reconditioning.

He is very attentive to his patient's needs and does his best in explaining the nature of the condition in an easily understandable manner, as well as, the physical therapy implications and benefits.
